I knitted a sock
Maybe this is why I haven't blogged in a week. I'm so impressed with myself. So impressed that I slept in mismatching socks last night because I did not want to take it off. Ok, it's the most basic sock pattern in the world, but now that I know I can do it, the possibilities are limitless! Well, that is, after I knit the other one in the pair...

I've always wanted to knit but never learned. And your sock looks great, like the heel is turned perfectly and everything. Wow! You did great and I love the sock.

Angie! It took me a minute to figure out it was you. I was just updating my blog links the other day, what happened to yours? Did you go private? I hope you are still doing well. Miss ya!
You should totally learn to knit. It's not hard to pick up, I think I taught myself from a pamplet way back when, and there are so many cute yarns out now, it's super easy to make scarfs and such.
Turning the heel wasn't as complicated as a thought, and now I think it would be easy that I've done it once. It was harder to get used to knitting in the round with double pointed needles. Super akward, but not bad now. It was a fun project. Now that I'm not as motivated, let's see how long it takes to make the second one...

For some reason, sometimes Blogger posts me under that name, sometimes under just Angie. I can't figure out why the difference.
And no, I just moved my blog to a hosted site (only like...um...at least 6 months ago, but that's okay, my feelings aren't hurt, lolol).
I usually post pictures of Brianna once a week so I hope you'll wander over sometime.
